Manchester Police Blotter: Oct. 7 - Oct. 9

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of October 9, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 7 

Kelsey Ann Villandry, no age given, of 21 Overland St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Oscar E. Caomano, no age given, of 91 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.

Scott MacPherson, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with threatening and breach of peace after police said he threatened to kill another occupant of the Tent City encampment off Broad Street in a dispute over a woman. 

Andrew A. McCala, no age given, of 360 Oakland St. 8F, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Frank Anthony Morin, no age given, of 162 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with five counts of failure to appear.

Andrew P. Palenzo, no age given, of South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Chantelle Marie Kellner, no age given, of 63B Valley View Lane, Vernon, was charged with risk of injury and reckless endangerment after police said she brought her eight-month old baby to a drug deal. 

Jordan Richard Daniels, no age given, of 96 Masked Rd., South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment, leaving a child unsupervised in a motor vehicle and using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission after police said she borrowed a vehicle without permission that had an eight-month old child in the backseat. 

John P. Michaud, no age given, of 242 Grahaber Rd., Tolland, was charged with breach of peace after police said he got into a road rage incident where he spat on and threatened to shoot the other driver. 

October 8 

Jeremy Enman, no age given, of 13 Hawley St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree burglary. 

Eddie Velez Jr., no age given, of 506 Mountain Rd., West Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

October 9 

Leslie James Standish, no age given, of 84 Congress St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Joshua David Cross, no age given, of 363 Keeney St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interring with police and second-degree assault. 

Bradford L. Andrews, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police said he stole a home theatre system from Best Buy valued at $1,499.99.

Antonio Jose Alves, no age given, of 184 New State Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Kelly E. Daprile, no age given, of 128 South Main St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Christopher J. Rec, no age given, of 62 Porter St., Manchester, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
