October 30 

Steven J. Chalastra, no age given, of Freeman Street, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and stalking. 

Jahed B. Chowdhuru, no age given, of 23 Oxford St., Manchester, was charged with unlawful restraint, strangulation and threatening after a physical domestic dispute with his wife. 

Eva Sarah Pastrana, no age given, of 253 Highland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Nicholas Sansabrino, no age given, of 84 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Betty A. Anane, no age given, of 305 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault of an elderly individual after police say she pushed her 89-year old father-in-law to the ground then scratched her husband's face when he tried to protect him. 

October 31

Karl S. Dignam, no age given, of 126 Highland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

David L. Riley, 49, of 81 Schaller Rd., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation. 

Troy V. Burns, no age given, of 9 Lake Lane, Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Savanna C. Obedzinski, no age given, of 35 Walker St. Apt. C, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Chelsea A. Loso, no age given, of 51 Tanner St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Nicole S. Allen, no age given, of 27 Hayden Ave., Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a minor after police said she left her two-year old child sleeping in a car. 

Shanice L. White, no age given, of 19 Hanmer St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Shanita S. Robinson, no age given, of 62 Timothy Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.

Bobby Louis Price, no age given, of 91 Elm St. Apt. 214A, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Steven Richard Pinto, 20, of 75 Lyness St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and possession of a dangerous weapon. 

Daniel S. Moard, no age given, of 365 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Lori L. Whittemore, no age given, of 23 Henry St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and interring with police. 

Jolie Laing, no age given, of 15 Stratford Court, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Carolyn J. Matthews, no age given, of 15 Stratford Court, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Tye Anthony Wright-Milner, no age given, of 164 Hartland St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear, operating a motor vehicle under suspension and failure to possess a tint sticker.

Crystal S. Yaconiello, no age given, of 185 McKee St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.
