I wish the local judges would lock up repeated offenders. for example, we live near a person who has the police at the door at all hours of the day /night. But, they keep letting them go back to thier life with no regard for the neighbors who have to put up with thier antics day in, day out. Violations of probation, other charges, still they are released to bother the rest of society. The Police have to be frustrated with this. I cant blame them.

@Cassie. Plenty of people in your life will bother you. Judges try to lock up people that will hurt you. Shouldn't a stupid person, or trouble maker, busy body, or chatty kathy be allowed to live their life? Good of you to consider the police in this business, it's all part of their job description I suppose.
