The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of October 29, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 27

Peter George Tedesco, no age given, of 570 Main St., Poughkeepsie, NY, was charged with fifth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting a $700 computer from Best Buy. 

Jonathan Trencher Noss, no age given, of 353 Park St., Bristol, was charged with breach of peace and fourth-degree sexual assault.

Pierre Richard Alexander, no age given, of 151 School St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault after a physical domestic dispute with his wife. 

Brittney McAllister, no age given, of 102 Old Town Rd., Ashford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Juan Alberto Vazquez Jr., no age given, of 49 Flower St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Cloyd James Lee Jr., no age given, of 107 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

October 28

Victor Manuel Madona, no age given, of 147 School St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. 

Eric Jerome Brewster, no age given, of 229 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Christian S. Habele, of 368 Adams St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Thomas Boccaccio Jr., no age given, of 9 Bank St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Jose Angel Maldonado, no age given, of 170 Charter Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, first-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief after police said he stole a car from South Windsor and got in a fight in Manchester. 

Collin Brian Bourne Jr., no age given, of 683 New Britain Ave., Hartford, was charged with harassment, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. 

Michael Mills, no age given, of 279 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace after police say he jumped on the hood of a woman's car. 

Olivia R. Richard, no age given, of 279 Prospect St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and reckless endangerment after police say she drove across a parking lot with her boyfriend on the hood of a car. 

Michael Colon, no age given of 54 Union St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, criminal possession of a firearm or a dangerous weapon, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree threatening. 

October 29 

Karen Hill, no age given, of 57 Village St., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace. 

Kelly Forrest, no age given, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a dispute with her boyfriend

Michael Riordea, no age given, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after a dispute with his girlfriend.
