Manchester Police Blotter: Oct. 25 - Oct. 27, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 27, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 25

Patricia Anne Pinard, no age given, of 372 Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Antoine Maurice Collins, no age given, of 215 Park St., Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Wilfredo Garcia, no age given, of 19 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Sarah Howroyd, no age given, of 19 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Alyssa K. Landry, no age given, of 192 Hawks Nest Circle, Middletown, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

October 26 

Jose M. Monak, no age given, of 153 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with DUI. 

Richard Carlton Agard, no age given, of 8 Daniel St., East Hartford, was charged with unlawful restraint, interfering with a 911 call, third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and criminal mischief. 

Keith Thurman McLennon, no age given, of 61 Brookline Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order. 

Andrew Lawrence Rhodes, no age given, of 500 Blue Hills Ave., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob's Store. 

Keyshawn C. Teal, no age given, of 109 Center St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police. 

Ronald Gregory Wieber, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police for allegedly shoplifting from Best Buy. 

Hector Fernandez Jr., no age given, of 203 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and three counts of violation of a protective order. 

Francisco D. Rivera, no age given, of 295 Bidwell St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. 

Thomas J. Nowak, no age given, of 16 Woodsway Rd., North Windham, was charged with disorderly conduct after police say he hit his girlfriend in the head with a bag of groceries. 

October 27

Shamkina K. Jenkins, no age given, of 66 Madison Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear.
