October 24

Shakeeta S. Woodson, 30, of 21 Cannon Rd., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

James R. Clark, no age given, of 19 Wells Ave., East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police.

Robert P. Farina, no age given, of 509 Main St., Newington, was charged with driving under the influence. 

October 25

Eric J. Morris, no age given, of 12 Lydall St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Matthew Lee Gilbert, no age given, of 950 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with three counts of failure to appear and violation of probation. 

Shanakay A. Baker, 20, of 18 Liberty St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

October 26

Tasha M. Williams, no age given, of 200 Hartland St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of issuing bad checks.

Kalani West, 151 Burnham St., Hartford, was charged with failure to respond to a citation or infraction. 

William E. Witinok, no age given, of 25 Pinhill Rd., Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Sandra Underwood, no age given, of 26 Essex St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree criminal trespass. 

Jessica Brocuglio, no age given, of 28 Essex St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.
