October 22

Benjamin Palmer, no age given, of 50 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Robert Alan Keller, no age given, of 434 North Main St. Apt. #2, Manchester, was charged with first-degree trespass after police said he refused to leave the emergency room at Manchester Memorial Hospital after being discharged. 

Mona S. Singh, 2754 Bitkin Ave., Brooklyn, NY, was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint. 

Tyler Blair Newman, no age given, of 398 Apt. B Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Kyle Daniel Smith, no age given, of 398 Hartford Apt. B Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barkary Diaby, no age given, of 28 Cottage St., Manchester, was charged with four counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Michael Anthony Miller, no age given, of 52 Foxcroft Trail, Coventry, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree harassment.

Davina D. Washington, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Matthew Andrew Stockman, no age given, of 4 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jamie Lee Aldrich-Benton, no age given, of 113 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order. 

Levon Arthur Evans, no age given, of 246 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Brandon Lamar Jackson, no age given, of 190 Pine St. Apt. 126, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
