Tyler Blair Newman, no age given, of 398 Apt. B Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Kyle Daniel Smith, no age given, of 398 Hartford Apt. B Hartford Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
