Diego R. Ortiz Jr., no age given, of 25 Esquire Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with a 911 call and criminal mischief.

Jeremy Jason Ehman, no age given, of 15 Hawley St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Emily A. Tabshey, no age given, of 300 South St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Christopher James Tingen, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace after police said he was yelling and screaming at customers outside of the 7/11 on Main Street.

Troy A. Abbotts, no age given, of 71 Durant St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment after police said he held a knife to his girlfriend's throat and threatened to kill her during an argument.
