Manchester Police Blotter: Oct. 18 - Oct. 20, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 20, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 18

Sean Luman, no age given, of 148 Maple St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace at the Oak Street Pub.

Atondra Monique King, no age given, of 92 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear.

Bartoz Bednarczyk, no age given, of 195 Williamstown Court, Newington, was charged with breach of peace after police said he caused a disturbance at Corey's Catsup and Mustard.  

Jasmin Romero, no age given, of 17 Turner Rd., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

Miliery Ortiz-Rosario, no age given, of 931 West Main St. Apt. 204, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.

October 19

Ernie D. Menefee, no age given, of 91 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

Cheryl James Dionne, no age given, of 138 Hilstown Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

James Tyler Doherty, no age given, of 115 Whitney Rd., East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order.

October 20

Errol A. McFarlane, no age given, of 100 Colebrook St., Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence.

Coralia Zambrana, no age given, of 430 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Christopher E. Carlew, no age given, of 64 9th District, Somers, was charged with two counts of breach of peace and criminal attempt of second-degree trespass after police say he was trying to enter people's homes while intoxicated.

Alyssa D. Gilson, no age given, of 109 Windermere Ave., Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
