The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of October 19, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 17 

Patricia M. Figueredo, no age given, of 181 McGrath Rd., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting form Kohl's. 

October 18 

Mark Allen, no age given, of 22 Beacon St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Henry J. Suder, no age given, of 101 Connecticut Blvd., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and two counts of failure to appear. 

Margarita Carrion, no age given, of 22 Beacon St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Roger Joseph Michaud, no age given, of 39 Green Terrace, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree criminal trespass and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for allegedly stealing scrap metal. 

Tyrise Watton, no age given, of 34 Thompson Rd., Manchester, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault, two counts of second-degree harassment and second-degree reckless endangerment.

Michael Anthony Miller, no age given, of 52 Foxcroft Trail, Coventry, was charged with second-degree harassment. 

October 19 

Carlton James Lee, no age given, of 99 Highland Ave., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Jeffrey William Elston, no age given, of 62 Highwood Dr., South Glastonbury, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Yeymi A. Diaz, no age given, of 78 Ansonia St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Jessica A. Mathieu, no age given, of 78 Ansonia St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Amber L. Kaloustian, no age given, of 96 Westerly St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting form Walmart. 

Amanda C. Dinallo, no age given, of 200 Regan Rd., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Corey Farah Adbiaziz, no age given, of 91 Barber St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting a pair of shoes from the mall.
