The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 14, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 12

Jamie Pol, no age given, of 55 Pleasant St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jona Jae Huard, 41, of 19 Johnson Terrace, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

October 13

Miriam A. Forde, no age given, of 48 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

Jessica Baez, no age given, of 30 Oak St. Apt. 5, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Mariana Forde, no age given, of 48 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and criminal mischief. 

October 14

Xiomara Denise Rios, no age given, of 657 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Sylvia Diaz, no age given, of 63 McKee St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Maribel Sanchez, no age given, of 159 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Luis Angel Estremera, no age given, of 157 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Michael Garrett, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Christopher L. Higgins, no age given, of 92 Wells St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal attempt, interfering with police and breach of peace.

Jessica Brooke Carter, no age given, of 23 Marble St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Nellie M. Stevens, no age given, of 59 Campfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Isaiah J. Jenkins, no age given, of 154 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint.
