October 1

Jose Antonio Ortiz, no age given, of 40 Elmer St., Hartford, sixth-degree larceny and theft of a registration plate. 

Hector Rivera, 34 Pascal Lane, Manchester, breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon. 

Thomas Antoine James, no age given, of 35 Charles Dr., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny. 

Rochelle L. Haskins, no age given, of 791 Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

James Lewis Voland, no age given, of 16A Esquire Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

October 2

Elijah J. Lynn, no age given, of 34 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and following too close.

Christina L. Chrissisan, no age given, of 57B Congress St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny and credit card theft. 

Jennifer L. Wisnieski, no age given, of 1192 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Freddy Burgos, no age given, of 146 Russ St., Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Ashley C. Richards, no age given, of 887 Plymouth St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Champs. 

Stephany R. Randle, no age given, of 20 Harper St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Robert R. Richards, no age given, of 509 Bidewell St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Anthony Lippo Jr., no age given, of 87A Bluefield Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.
