The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Oct. 2, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

October 1 

Sarah Pikelis, no age given, of 316 Center St. Apt. 1E, Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Miguel Paulina, no age given, of 42 Hollister Dr., East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without a license, evading responsibility in an accident, reckless driving, improper U-Turn and tampering with evidence. 

Sandra D. Colon, no age given, of 128 Eldridge St., Manchester, was charged with failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

Tory T. Keith Jr., no age given, of 500 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Daniel Reyes, no age given, of 64 Stone St., Hartford, was charged with tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana. 

Pedro Velez, no age given, of 16 Henry St., Hartford, was charged with tampering with evidence. 

October 2 

Tyshawn M. Grandville, no age given, of 6 Deer Meadow Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Crystal Gayle Austin, no age given, of 608 Black Creek Rd., South Carolina, was charged with prostitution. 

Tina E. Digregorio, no age given, of 92 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and possession of narcotics. 

Douglas Hume Howard, no age given, of 153 Brunswick Ave., West Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault. 

John Levine, no age given, of 182 Fern St., West Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Jose Antonio Lopez, no age given, of 94 Chapman St., Willimantic, was charged with third-degree larceny and first-degree criminal trespass. 

Clayton D. Gullap, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with driving under the influence, possession of PCP, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
