The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 4, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 3

Luis A. Rivera, no age given, of 9 West Middle Turnpike #4, Manchester, was charged with second-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint. 

Christopher M. Miller, no age given, of 9 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with second-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and second-degree unlawful restraint. 

Tammie J. Delarre, no age given, of 18 Bolton St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Ahmad J. Grant, no age given, of 255 School St., East Hartford, was charged with first-degree trespass. 

Edward V. Cella, no age given, of 420 Hillard St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Alisha R. Reid, no age given, of 420 Hillard St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Mary E. Cella, no age given, of 420 Hillard St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Ahmad J. Grant, no age given, of 255 School St., East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police, first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace. 

November 4

Ricky D. Lajorie, no age given, of 701 Main St. Apt. 1, Manchester, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident. 

Nicole L. Ward, no age given, of 86 Shady Lane, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's.  

Lindsey Nicole Messier, no age given, of 5 Sherman Ave. Apt. 5, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's.
