The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 26, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 23

James Lou Ludwig, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny and two counts of failure to appear after police say he was caught shoplifting at Bob's Stores. 

Ana Rosa Ramos, no age given, of 122 Clyde St. #603, Springfield, MA, was charged as an accessory to sixth-degree larceny and with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny after police say she was involved in an attempt to steal more than $700 worth of video games from Best Buy.

Pablo Rosado, no age given, of 106 Central Ave. #4B, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Steven Alexander Barrieau, no age given, of 27 Lucks Way, Bolton, was charged with failure to appear.

Henry Carrillo Jr., no age given, of 39 Floradale Dr., East Hartford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and leaving a child unattended after police say he left a child in the car in the parking lot of Toys "R" Us. 

James Trudeau, no age given, of 214 Peal St., Manchester, was charged with trespassing and breach of peace. 

November 24

Nicholas J. Hirth, no age given, of 110 Country View Dr., South Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Joseph Anthony Steele Sr., no age given, of 296 Edgewood St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Samuel S. Stevenson, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with failure to appear and failure to respond to an infraction. 

Flor Rodriguez, no age given, of 62 Winter St., Manchester, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction. 

Jeffrey Allen Rule, no age given, of 165 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of second-degree forgery and two counts of criminal liability for acts of another. 

Richard M. Rogers II, no age given, of 476 East Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.

November 25

Anthony Daron Leonard, no age given, of 75 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment. 

Bruce Scott Dean, no age given, of 111 Silverbrooke Ave., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Michael Paul Delisa, no age given, of 3 Gale Dr., Stafford, was charged with breach of peace, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Arthur Dante Mercey, no age given, of 99 Main St., Stafford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Craig Joseph Madore, no age given, of 178 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, and three counts of violation of probation. 

Jose R. Pinero, no age given, address not listed, was charged with failure to appear. 

November 26

Eric Art Rodriguez, no age given, of 32 Bigelow St., Manchester, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, the sale of alcohol to a minor and risk of injury to a minor. 

Laura A. Grabinski, no age given, of 108 West Middle Turnpike, was charged with driving under the influence after police say she crashed her car on Broad Street.
