Manchester Police Blotter: Nov. 19 - Nov. 22, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 22, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

November 19 

Juliano Dos Santos, no age given, of 54 Arnold St., Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order and first-degree criminal trespass. 

Jorge Luis Rivera, no age given, of 45 South Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and third-degree assault. 

November 20 

Evan Scott Vickers, no age given, of 66 Route 87, Columbia, was charged with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny after police say he allegedly tried to shoplift from Home Depot and then fought with loss prevention personnel. 

Rachel Anne Cohen, no age given, of 49 Midian Ave., Windsor, was charged with failure to appear. 

November 21 

Nickolas Edward Kennedy, no age given, of 448 Middle Turnpike West, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and criminal mischief. 

Cary A. Graham, no age given, of 134 Maple St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Thometrice J. Baskerville, no age given, of 17 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and risk of injury to a minor after police say Baskerville threatened to punch a child. 

Dennis Williams Wassil, no age given, of 135 Cottonwood Rd., Newington, was charged with violation of a protective order and harassment.

Jocelyn Rodriguez, no age given, of 134A Maple St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.  

November 22

Eli B. Strong, no age given, of 199 Center St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a restraining order. 

Briaunq M. Gallimore, no age given, of 49 Arrowbrook Rd., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.
