Manchester Police Blotter: Nov. 12 - Nov. 14

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Nov. 14, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

 

Nov. 14

Jeffrey D. McAlpine, 31, of 253 School St. in Manchester, turned himself in to the Manchester Police Department at 11:02 a.m. on an outstanding warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Nov. 13

Joshua Cross, of 363 Keeney St. in Manchester, was arrested by warrant at Manchester Superior Court at 10:08 a.m. on charges of first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree breach of peace.

Frederick Burgos, of 32 Valley St. in Manchester, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on 25 counts of violation of probation for repeatedly calling and texting his girlfriend, who had an outstanding protective order against him.

Maria F. Malaga, of 1161 Forbes St. in East Hartford, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. for sixth-degree larceny after police say she shoplifted from the Sears store at the Buckland Hills Mall. She was released on a written promise to appear in court.

Donald A. Morris, of 13 West St. in Manchester, was arrested at 9:17 at his home on a charge of violation of probation. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Daniel Dumond, of 13 West St. in Manchester, was arrested at DSS on East Middle Turnpike at 1:30 p.m. on a charge of violation of probation. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Gerald L. Kemler, of 203 Mountain Road in Manchester, was arrested at 11 a.m. at home on charges of possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $10,000 non-surety bond.

Steven Davis, of 54 Orchard St., #A1, in East Hartford, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. after police say he caused a disturbance at DSS on East Middle Turnpike. While police were searching him, they discovered that he was in possession of marijuana. He was charged with possession of less than ½ ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond.

Fernando Alvalle, of 217 Freeman St. in Hartford, turned himself in to the Manchester Police Department at 6 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second-degree failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Laura M. Flaherty, of 39 Buckland St., Apt. 12224, in Manchester, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. at home on a count of disorderly conduct after police say she was involved in a domestic violence incident. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Nov. 12

Peter A. Ezold, of 115 Nutmeg Lane in East Hartford, was arrested at 4:00 p.m. after police say he attempted to shoplift from Bob’s Department Store, 220 Hale Lane. He was charged with sixth-degree larceny and held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
