Robert L. Lyman II, of 51 Meadow Brook Road, Apt. 47, in Ellington, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. at the parking lot of 421 Main St. on charges of driving under the influence, driving with a broken tail light and failing to pass properly after police say they pulled him over for a broken left tail light and was found to be intoxicated. He was released on $500 non-surety bond.
Nov. 11
Angela Nguyen, her husband Long Nguyen and their brother-in-law Steven Lombardi were all arrested on charges of breach of peace after police responded to a report of an altercation at Lombardi’s home at 32 Deerfield Drive in Manchester. Police say both Nguyens got into a physical altercation with Lombardi, whose home they are staying in. They were each released on $250 non-surety bond.
Alexis N. King, of 239 Oak St. in Manchester, Taenna T. Ramirez, of 216 Oak St. in Manchester, and Marsha L. Singletany, of 110 Woodlawn Circle in East Hartford, were each arrested after police say they were all involved in an altercation where they were fighting and yelling outside of King’s Oak St. home. King was charged with breach of peace and released on a written promise to appear. Ramirez and Singletany were both charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault, and were released on $5,000 bond.
Nov. 10
Cameron L. Thomas, of 30 Lockwood Drive in West Hartford, was arrested at 8 p.m. after police say he got into an altercation with a victim in the parking lot of Chuck-E-Cheese’s. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace, and was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
Miguel A. Moreno, Jr., was arrested at his home at 4:25 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence after police say they observed him operating his car under the influence of narcotics. He was released on $2,500 bond.
