Manchester Police Blotter: May 3 - May 5, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of May 5, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

May 3

Sarah Canny Howroyd, no age given, of 18 Scarborough Rd., Manchester, was charged with three counts of violation of a protective order. 

Henry D. Gladstone, no age given, of 18 Adan Lane, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Steven M. Atkinson, no age given, of 200 West Rd., East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of narcotics. 

May 4

Geraldo Santuchi Jr., no age given, of 194 Hillside Ave., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with police after police say he was involved in a fight at the Funny Bone comedy club. 

Katherine Fernandez, no age given, of 172 Hubbard Rd., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police after police say she and her boyfriend caused a disturbance at the Funny Bone comedy club. 

Jose Rodriguez, no age given, of 215 Brown St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault after police say he got into a fight at the
Funny Bone comedy club. 

Orlando Ramos-Cabrera, no age given, of 85 South Whitney St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police after police say he was involved in a disturbance at the Funny Bone comedy club. 

Zachary Griffin, no age given, of 116 Lockwood St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

May 5 

Nicholas Alexander Chmielewski, no age given, of 250 Ferguson Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, interfering with police and first-degree criminal trespass. 

Janet Richardson, no age given, of 465 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Zibendou Richardson, no age given, of 465 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Lamont Chamel Applewhite, no age given, of 52 Ruby Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and assault of an elderly, blind, disabled, pregnant or mentally retarded person in the third-degree after police say he got into an altercation with his eight-month pregnant girlfriend.
