Manchester Police Blotter: May 28 - May 31, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of May 31, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

May 28 

Jorge Manuel Gonzalez, 29, of 35 Putnam St., Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension and driving without a seatbelt. 

Eric Michael Merriam, 32, of 37 Camp Mooween Rd., Lebanon, was charged with failure to appear. 

Taylor James Valyo, 27, of 146 Mountain Spring Rd., Tolland, was charged with breach of peace. 

Roger H. Hicks, no age given, of 372 Beech St. #302, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Fahad Saleem Khan, no age given, of 107 1/2 Grand Ave., Vernon, was charged with interfering with police and possession of prescription drugs not in their original container. 

Kenneth Wilson, no age given, of 58 Williams St., East Hartford, was charged with seven counts of second-degree sexual assault. 

Shardinnas W. Canino, no age given, of 24 Laurel St., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Shenrika L. stephen, no age given, of 457 Broad St., Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears. 

Kyshaun Teal, no age given, of 209 Center St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics. 

May 29 

Marilyn Barbara Gungloff, no age given, of 154 South Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walgreens. 

Travis J. Gornto, no age given, of 5 Franklin St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. 

Samuel Mushrall, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace, disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, first-degree robbery, carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon, reckless endangerment and third-degree assault. 

May 30 

Radames Luis Rodriguez, 19, of 111 Clinic Dr. #204, New Britain, was charged with risk of injury to a minor. 

Edwin Quiles Jr., no age given, of 45 New Donald St. Apt. 3B, Hartford, was charged with driving through a stop sign, operating a motor vehicle without a license and carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon after police say he was found with a knife and brass knuckles in his pockets. 

Stephen T. Chase, no age given, of 63 Falknor Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and carrying of a dangerous or prohibited weapon after police say he was caught shoplifting from Best Buy and a knife was found in his vehicle. 

Marilyn Barbara Gangloff, no age given, of 154 South Main St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree trespassing for allegedly shoplifting from Big Y, where she had been previously trespassed. 

Jessica A. Chick, no age given, of 34 Shonti Place, Tolland, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob's Store. 

James P. Quinlan, no age given, of 47 Clinton St., Manchester, was charged with creating a public disturbance for a disturbance at Auto Zone. 

May 31 

Gregg F. Perlitz, no age given, of 16 Cheshire Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Etneciv Rosado, 24, of 114 Grande Rd., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening. 

Francisco Pena, 47, of 37 Westbrook St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Tabari A. Stringer, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.
