The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of May 27, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

May 24

Eve Mary Knee, no age given, of 19 Tumblebrook Rd., Bolton, was charged with violation of probation. 

Jason B. Hoops, no age given, of 269 Spring St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right. 

Roy R. Richards, no age given, of 410 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Melissa Marie Dumont, no age given, of 7 Hendee Rd., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and third-degree assault. 

Victoria Brocuglio, no age given, of 95 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Edward Nicholas Jagielski, no age given, of 107 St. James St., West Hartford, was charged with possession of cocaine and driving under the influence after a car accident. 

May 25

Genaro Louis Anselmo, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with disorderly conduct and threatening after police say he threatened to shoot his ex-girlfriend's son during a verbal argument. 

Evelyn Louise Abele, no age given, of 33 Norman St., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with police. 

Eric Matthew Sullivan, no age given, of 1160 Forbes St., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with police and fifth-degree larceny after police say he burglarized landscaping equipment from a shed in a backyard. 

Kingsley Joseph Minto, no age given, of 130 High Path Rd., Windsor, was charged with first-degree firearm threat, conspiracy to commit first degree robbery with a firearm, third-degree larceny, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy. 

Michael J. Damato, no age given, of 7 Gray Rd., Enfield, was charged with creating a public disturbance. 

Levon L. Clark, no age given, of 90 Arbutus St., East Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Stanley R. Reddick, no age given, of 904 Garden St., Hartford, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Parris A. Weaver-Bey, no age given, of 126 Colombus Circle, East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police and criminal impersonation. 

Robert Tucker Carrignan, no age given, of 127 High St., Manchester, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Walter T. Menendez, no age given, of 68 Lawrence St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal impersonation. 

Heather M. Pratt, no age given, of 30 Trinity St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Deborah Ann Berry, no age given, of 465 Buckland St. Apt. 28313, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

May 26 

Nicholas David Bartolucci, no age given, of 76 Glenstone Dr., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace, criminal violation of a protective order, second-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree reckless endangerment. 

May 27 

Keith O. Fredericks, no age given, of 406 Forest St., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace. 

Crystal Rose Marie Mayers, no age given, of 170 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Lea Altieri, no age given, of 50 Clifford St., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Jessie Tyron Singelton, no age given, of 116 Wellman Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and unlawful restraint. 

Monique A. Freitas, no age given, of 17 Hudson St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Matthew J. O'Reilly, no age given, of 111 Main St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Allen J. Krul, no age given, of 287 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say he yelled racist remarks at his neighbors.
