May 21

Milton Seymour Figueroa, no age given, of 70 Cliffside Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without headlights illuminated. 

Mark Steven Silverman, 54, of 28 Great Hill Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.  

Kyung H. Han, 52, of 55 Loomis Rd., South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Maria Rivera, 47, of 190 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Hugh Gildea, 67, of 571 Halfway House Rd., Windsor Locks, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Tim Austin Lyons, no age given, of 261 Lake St., Vernon, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident. 

May 22

Larry Lugo, 19, of 1450 Main St., was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell. 

Donald Curtis Parker, 36, of Hartford, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

Dan Roland Santiago Jr., 26, of Hartford, was charged with conspiracy possession of heroin, conspiracy possession of heroin with intent to sell, conspiracy possession of cocaine and conspiracy possession of cocaine with intent to sell. 

Julia J. Hickey, no age given, of 89 Brookfield St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal liability for acts of another after police say she was involved in a robbery at Walmart. 

Kelly A. Gentilecore, no age given, of 74 Tanner St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal liability for acts of another after police say she was involved in a robbery at Walmart. 

Dennis W. Hauser, no age given, of 125 South St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal liability for acts of another after police say she was involved in a robbery at Walmart. 

May 23

Stephen C. Curtiss, no age given, of 92 Hemlock St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Raymond L. Still Jr., 33, of Bloomfield, was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession of cocaine within 1,500 feet of a school and possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Jorge Luis Saledo, no age given, of 14 Summer St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Jaiquan M. Blunt, no age given, of 66 Imperial Dr., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
