Reuben Trotter, no age given, address listed as "unknown," was charged with breach of peace after police say he was found sleeping in the doorway of an apartment building on Main Street and refused to leave. 

Shawn Ashley Dinneen, no age given, of 315 South Center St., Windsor Locks, was charged with breach of peace. 

Liv Foley, no age given, of 14 Laurel Place, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Alex James Gerrow, no age given, of 98 Woodland St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Ryan Andrew Fitch, no age given, of 1047 Gilead St., Hebron, was charged with failure to appear and failure to pay or plead an infraction. 

Joseph Austin Barfield, 33, of 132 Wetherell St., Manchester, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school.
