Fatiana S. Byrd, no age given, of 29 Winchester St., Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.

Sandra L. Champlin, no age given, of 53 Ward. St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Portia Denine Matthews, 28, of 47 Henry St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, criminal attempt and sixth-degree larceny after police said she was caught shoplifting from iParty and then caused a disturbance.

Takesha S. Sutton, no age given, of 32 Charring Dr., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police and criminal impersonation.

Richard Alfred Saffery, 48, of 80 Devon Dr., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and threatening after police say he was involved in a physical altercation with a neighbor that also involved a knife.

Annmarie Gambordella, no age given, of 47 Myron St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.
