Michael D. McGregor, no age given, of 616 Spring St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Gilbert Maxwell Spence, no age given, of 149 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with five counts of third-degree burglary, four counts of first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of fifth-degree larceny, one count of first-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. 

Jose M. Roman, no age given, of 204 Catherine St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny. 

Tyrone Shannon Carroll, 21, of 12 Diana Lane, Windsor, was charged with conspiracy for the sale and possession of heroin. He was also found to have an existing warrant for first-degree sexual assault.

Christopher Powell, 20, of 60 Mansfield St., Hartford, was charged with the sale and possession of heroin, and was also found to have two previous warrants for failure to appear in Hartford Superior Court and two previous warrants for the sale and possession of heroin.

William Christopher Brewster, no age given, of 108 Spielman Rd., South Windsor, was charged with taking a vehicle without the owner's permission. 

Tyiesha S. Napper, no age given, of 24 Channing Dr., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Christopher Joseph Burk, no age given, of 6 Cottage St., East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence.

Michelle Anne Kosko, no age given, of 43 Cosimer Dr., Meriden, was charged with four counts of sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy.
