March 21

Cheyenne Genga, no age given, of 2 Honey Suckle Lane, South Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Elitha Nicole Lott, no age given, of 342 Vine St., Hartford, was charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy, third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary. 

David Todd Prevost, 32, of 466 West Middle Turpnike, Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and interfering with police. 

Moise Serrano, no age given, of 590 Wethersfield Ave., Hartford, was charged with possession of narcotics. 

Jermaine Rodell Kelly, no age given, of27 Elmer St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree sexual assault.

March 22

Jomau Sobah Alessa, no age given, of 41 Henry St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting jewelry from Sears. 

Moutaka Mohamed, no age given, of 69 Day St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Home Depot. 

Patricia Cowles, no age given, of 141 Gardner St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Coleen Claudia Cunningham, no age given, of 926 Asylum St. #306, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and risk of injury to a minor after police say she was caught shoplifting from Macy's with her 12-month old son present.

Luis Santana, no age given, of 88 Pardee St., New Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny. 

Ryan William Stearns, no age given, of 47 Grahram Rd., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree assault, breach of peace and reckless endangerment after police say he struck another man in the head with a barstool at Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar. 

Deborah Gancarz, no age given, of 205 Vernon Ave., Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Michael Scottie Garnett, no age given, of 905 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

David Todd Prevost, no age given, of 466 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order, violation of conditions of release, interfering with police and assaulting a police officer after police say he fought with officers at CVS. 

Lorrie Ann Bergeron, 43, of 466 West Middle Turnpike, was charged with illegal use of a credit car, eight counts of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police. `

Jasmine L. Smiley, no age given, of 21 Russell St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Sears.
