Manchester Police Blotter: Man Escapes Repo Truck, But Lands in Bigger Trouble

While trying to evade a repo truck in the parking lot of Burger King, Steven Robert Hendel got into all kinds of trouble.

According to the Manchester Police Department, Hendel was driving erratically and speeding. When police pulled him over at the corner of Jarvis and Adams streets, Hendel was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Hendel, 26, of 565 Adams St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, breach of peace, reckless driving, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school. He was held on $150,000 bond and is due to appear in court May 19.

Briana Clark, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after police say she engaged in a “loud argument in the street” with her boyfriend.

Jason Michael Durham, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order after police say he engage in a loud argument with his girlfriend.

Dustin James Gagne, no age given, of 36B St. James St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
