Manchester Police Blotter: Man Assaults Pregnant Woman, and Other Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of April 18, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Richard Fantasia, no age given, addressed listed as the New Britain YMCA, was charged with interfering with an emergency call, first-degree criminal trespass, breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree unlawful restraint Friday, April 15, after Manchester Police say they warned him earlier that evening not to return to 15 Hawley St. after a domestic dispute. Police say they observed Fantasia push a female victim through the front doorway and force her against the wall upon returning to the scene later that evening.  Police say the victim was three months pregnant with Fantasia’s child. Fantasia was held on $50,000 bond.

Timothy Michael Rule Sr., no age given, of 139 West Middle Tpke., Manchester, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Steven Peter Disipio, no age given, of 31 Delmont St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor, three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and first-degree sexual assault.

Radcliffe Douglas Jr., 20 Fairview St., Manchester, was charged with first-degree larceny after police say he stole more than $14,000 in cash from his uncle. Police say Douglas was found with $14,350 on his person.

April 15

Anthony Eric Martinez, no age given, of 73 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with disobeying a traffic signal, failure to yield to a traffic light, interfering with police and possession of crack cocaine after police say Martinez ran a red light and then refused to stop for the officer until he reached his home.

Milan Jammal Hamilton, no age given, of 35 Whitmore St. #2, Hartford, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Jessica Leigh McCann, no age given, of 114K New State Rd., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny and criminal conspiracy.

David M. Geres, no age given, of 63 Richard Rd., Vernon, was charged with illegally obtaining drugs, forgery or alteration of a prescription and unauthorized possession of narcotics after police say he forged a prescription at Rite Aid.

Troy Steele, no age given, of 91 Bissel St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree trespassing, third-degree larceny and three counts of criminal conspiracy.

Eric Kjellquist, 420 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration

April 16

Traniece Veal, no age given, of 71 Starkweather St. Apt. A, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Brian Robert Bombria, no age given, of 93D Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.

Ronald KJ Gaulteau, no age given, of 46 Graham Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief.

Sean K. Booska, no age given, of 33 Canterbury St., Manchester, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after police say he assault his girlfriend during a domestic dispute.

April 17

Sean K. Booska, no age given, of 33 Canterbury St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, violation of the conditions of his release and second-degree breach of peace after police say he returned to his address after an earlier arrest for a domestic dispute and against the conditions of a protective order.

April 18

Joshua Lee Torres, no age given, of 12 Moore St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Henry Louis Brown, no age given, listed as “homeless,” of Atlanta, Ga., was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Andre Warnick Desmond, no age given, of 89 Nutmeg St. Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment after police say he threatened his father over the phone.
