The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of August 1, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

July 31

Sharenna B. Morris, no age given, of 15 Chapman St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Loretta Brenz, no age given, of 90 Park St., New Haven, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, two counts of conspiracy, and two counts of second-degree forgery.

Kevin Isiah Brown, no age given, of 18 Emerson St. Apt. B, Manchester, was charged with two counts of breach of peace. 

August 1

Damon Parker, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening after police say he threatened to kill a resident at a building he did not live in after she asked him to leave. 

Richard A. Castaldi, no age given, of 128 Hall Ave., Wallingford, was charged with third-degree larceny, criminal mischief and two counts of failure to appear.

Sharon M. Kaufman, no age given, of 19 Northfield St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

John Kozak, no age given, of 63 Elm St. #208, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.
