Manchester Police Blotter: Larceny, Fraud and Unlawful Restraint

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of August 16, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

August 15

Jason A. Fairbanks, no age given, of 54 Avondale Rd., Manchester, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order. 

Andrew P. McDonald, no age given, of 39 Buckland St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Amir Ross Cuyler, no age given, of 128 Brookhaven Dr. Villa Rica, GA, was charged with failure to appear. 

Rachel J. Suydam, no age given, of 931 West Blvd., Hartford, was charged with three counts of failure to appear. 

James Arthur Trudeau, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

Antonio Jose Alves Jr., no age given, of 184 New State Rd. Apt. A32, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and failure to respond to an infraction. 

Justin R. St. Petter, no age given, of 65 Baldwin Rd., Manchester, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, credit card theft and fraudulent use of an ATM. 

Ray Sanchez Seda, no age given, of 128 Barker St., Hartford, was charged with avoiding responsibility in an accident and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

August 16

Danny Nicholas Cappella, no age given, of 60 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police. 

Kara Monet Hammonds, no age given, of 242 Martin St., Hartford, was chargedwith failure to appear. 

Randall Edward Knurek, 19, of 24 Tower Rd., Manchester, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny and conspiracy.

April Atkinson, 49, of 527 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Robert Michael Sullivan,n o age given, of 359 Bidwell St., Manchester, was charged with three counts of breach of peace. 

Jillian Elizabeth Barrneau, no age given, of 17 Stanley St., East Hartford, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening. 

Harold Gerard Potocke, no age given, of 161 McKee St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and interfering with a 911 call.
