Manchester Police Blotter: Larceny, Criminal Impersonation and Threatening

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Feb. 16, 2012. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

February 13
Michael A. Bragg, no age given, of 19 Oxford St., Manchester, was charged with possession of marijuana. 

Jeremy K. Smith, no age given, of 1 Eliot Rd., Northborough, MA, was charged with evading responsibility in a motor vehicle accident. 

Karen Morawski, no age given, of 566 Center St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear. 

Jorge N. Martinez, no age given, of 158 Irving St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Brian K. Beaulieu, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Christopher A. Spence Jr., no age given, of 7 Seamen Circle, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of narcotics. 

February 14

Arley Palomino-Sanchez, no age given, of 158 Sawka Dr., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Sunshine Mastalerz, no age given, of 246 Ashlen Ave., West Springfield, MA, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart. 

Brandy Anne Belanger, no age given, of 97 Maebeth St., Springfield, MA, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting at Walmart. 

Erin A. Dickerson, no age given, of 41 Bolivia St., Willimantic, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and issuing bad checks. 

Jackeline Vargas, no age given, of 588 East Center St. Unit 6, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Bryan Swanson, no age given, of 216 Main St., East Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree forgery and criminal impersonation. 

Joshua Philip Rowe, 21, of 420 North Main St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

February 15

Jamie L. Chattelle, no age given, of 158 Forest St. Apt. 705, Manchester, was charged with possession of child pornography. 

Christopher E. Dunbar, no age given, of 12 Liley St., Manchester, was charged with the illegal sale of prescription drugs and illegal possession of alternative substances. 

Maria C. Pitsiladis, no age given, of 185 Pine St. Apt. 104, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Grace Hart, no age given, of 50 Hassmar Rd., Enfield, was charged with breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny. 

Tommy Allen, no age given, of 38 Greenwood Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with second-degree harassment, threatening in the second-degree and breach of peace after police say he threatened to beat and kill his ex-girlfriend. 

Natasha Batista, no age given, of 185 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Ignatius D. Thompson, no age given, of 55 Laurel St., Manchester, was charged with illegal possession of narcotics, illegal possession of alternative substances, possession with intent to sell and carrying a dangerous or prohibited weapon. 

Timothy F. West, no age given, of 16 Hamilton Circe, Enfield, was charged with failure to appear. 

Ashley Nicole Nimro, no age given, of 197 Dudley St. Apt. #2, Norwich, was charged with failure to appear. 

February 16

Debbie Lynn Barstis, no age given, of 102 Windsor St., Enfield, was charged with third-degree larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for allegedly shoplifting at Sears and Victoria Secret in the mall. 

Matthew P. McPhail, no age given, of 170 Galland Dr., Summerville, GA, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Karyn A. Shellings, no age given, of 30 Mary St., East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy, third-degree larceny and issuing bad checks. 

Leon Schroeter, no age given, of 340 Park Ave., East Hartford, was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual assault, unlawful restraint and three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault. 

Gail S. Jones, no age given, of 414 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Khalins D. Davis, no age given, of 414 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.
