Debra Ann Bowie, no age given, of 152 West Main St., Rockville, was charged with fifth-degree larceny.
Michael J. Lerose, no age given, of 215 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence.
Alexander A. Garner, no age given, of 105 South St., Willimantic, was charged with driving under the influence.
July 29
Cari-Ann Oliveira, no age given, of 338 Center St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, risk of injury to a minor, unlawful restraint and second-degree harassment.
