July 25
Jamie A. Pol, no age given, of 35 Pleasant St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and ridicule on account of race.
Allison Clifford, no age given, of 35 Pleasant St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.
Roy Rhings, no age given, of 109 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order, breach of peace, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree criminal trespass and third-degree robbery.
Valeriia Kamaclevtseva, no age given, of 191 Spencer St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's.
July 26
Rolanda L. Caldwell, no age given, of 33 Summer St. A4, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
July 27
Nilda I. Cruz, no age given, of 22 Grant St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.
