July 18
Walter Alfredo Bjorkland Jr., 78 Temple Dr., East Hartford, was charged with harassment.
July 19
Kevin J. Pereira, 16 Carriage House Dr., Mansfield, was charged with sixth degree larceny, criminal mischief third-degree robbery.
Emanuel Sampel, no age given, of 53 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt to sell heroin, conspiracy to sell heroin and second-degree reckless endangerment.
Peter Finnagan, 49, of 25 Adams St. in East Hartford, was charged with criminal liability in the sale of heroin and conspiracy to sell heroin, and is being held on a $20,000 surety bond.
Nicole M. Ortiz, no age given, of 74 North St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
July 20
Leonard C. Gaston, 229 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.
Arismarie Velez, no age given, of 905 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.
Alyse Jessica Clowney, no age given, of 146 Lawton Rd., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Brianna M. Rivera, no age given, of 195 Pine St., Manchester, was charged with conspiracy, third-degree larceny and third-degree burglary.
Phillip A. Camrago, no age given, of 85 Four Mile Rd., West Hartford, second-degree criminal mischief.
