Manchester Police Blotter: July 11 - July 14, 2013

The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of July 14, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

July 11

Robert Henry Spano, no age given, of 125 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Kimberlee A. Delloiacono, no age given, of 34 Old Roberts St., East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

John Patrick King, 51, address listed as "homeless," was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Kohl's. 

Kirk David McDowell, no age given, of 28 Mountain St., Hartford, was charged with interfering with police, making false statements to police and third-degree larceny. 

James A. Carter, no age given, of 17 Lucian St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Abdenabi Elhadad, no age given, of 259 Spring St., Meriden, was charged with breach of peace. 

Edith Hergan, no age given, of 90 Village Dr., Wethersfield, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident. 

July 12

Kevin Smiley, no age given, of 123 Zion St., Hartford, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of more than an ounce of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory. 

Felix Cotto, no age given, of 10 Mainfort St., Hartford, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of more than an ounce of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory. 

Lisandra E. Delgado, no age given, of 63 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of more than an ounce of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory. 

Jose J. Marquez, no age given, of 63 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of more than an ounce of heroin with intent to sell, possession of drugs within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school and operating a drug factory. 

Hannah Kathleen Dark, no age given, of 114 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with four counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

Jason A. Fairbanks, no age given, of 17 Lilley St., Manchester, breach of peace, criminal mischief and second-degree threatening. 

Michael S. Stample, no agee given, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Mark William Davidson, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with failure to appear. 

Thalia M. Tamayo, no age given, of 198 Union St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

July 13

Christopher Joshua Smith, no age given, of 161 Tolland St., East Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and possession of a dangerous weapon after police say he punched his ex-girlfriend in the face at BJ's Wholesale Club. 

July 14

Chasan Chaluisan, no age given, of 55 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Joshua James Briggs, no age given, of 63 Sisson St., East Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident and driving under the influence. 

Yelena Bashunova, no age given, of 411 Lydall St., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police. 

Victor Bashunova, no age given, of 411 Lydall St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment after police say he got into an argument with someone who pulled into his driveway and threw a rock at them. 

Kira Nadeau, no age given, of 35 Sapphire St., Enfield, was charged with breach of peace. 

Nicholas A. Chmielewski, no age given, of 250 Ferguson Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree burglary and conspiracy. 

Jamecca Shania Stacey, no age given, of 149 Ashford Center, Ashford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
