William J. Rivera, no age given, of 52 McKee St., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

John Robert Wells, no age given, of 345 Buckland Hills Dr., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. 

Roberto Nieves, no age given, of 53 Sycamore Dr., Manchester, was charged with violation of probation and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. 

Brittney Sherrill Tremonte, no age given, of 7 Pinney St., Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Karen Brooks, no age given, of 82 Queens Court, Manchester, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of fraudulent use of an ATM, three counts of credit card theft and three counts of illegal use of a  credit card.
