January 30 

Richard Bravo, no age given, of 860 Main St., East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Duane Anthony White, no age given, of 102 School St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Michael Scott Bertrand, 22, of 103 Moulton Rd., Mansfield, was charged with interfering with police, two counts of failure to appear and violation of probation. 

Kim Tedford, no age given, of 420 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Norman Maurice Maillet, no age given, of 2 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Alan Carl Peterson, no age given, of 2 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. 

Lois M. Page, no age given, of 21 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of threatening after police say she slapped her boyfriend and then threatened to kill him. 

John J. Tracy, no age given, of 20 Marble St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Tracey A. Greene, no age given, of 410 Talcottville Rd. Apt. 20, Vernon, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Richard Craig Howe, no age given, of 243 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Enroy G. Thomas, no age given, of 73 Mansfield St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Victoria's Secret.
