The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Jan. 29, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

January 28

Kara M. Ruta, no age given, of 103D Sycamore Lane, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Eralda Xhanxha, no age given, of 31 Putnam Lane, Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's. 

Andre L. Anderon, no age given, of 23 Wynwood Dr., Enfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police for allegedly shoplifting from Macy's. 

January 29 

Sean Michael Finnegan, no age given, of 183A Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with evading responsibility in an accident. 

Farrin L. Joseph, no age given, of 105 Oak St., Windsor Locks, was charged with failure to appear.

Edwina Dominque Borno, no age given, of 432 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Joseph Glenn Johnson, no age given, of 18 Lisbon St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Georgette Marie Boston, no age given, of 155 Broadway St., Cambridge, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

Edwen Alberto Torres, no age given, of 38 Main St., New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he was caught shoplifting from Family Dollar.
