The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Jan. 27, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

January 25

Bradford L. Andrews, no age given, no address provided, was charged with three counts of sixth-degree larceny. 

Zachary S. Cushing, no age given, of 190 Quarry St., Windham, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

January 26

Roosevelt Orbe, no age given, of 179 #2B East Center Street, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, first-degree criminal trespass and second-degree harassment. 

Ahmad Khalid Al-Qaddumi, no age given, of 368 Windsor St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Matthew Gilbert, no age given, of 87 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Clarissa Garcia, no age given, of 21 Hartford Ave., Newington, was charged with driving under the influence. 

Keith McLennon, no age given, of 61 Brookline Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Luz M. Acevedo, no age given, of 68 Wadsworth St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. 

Gregory Ryan Phelp-Franco, no age given, of 246 Hollister St., Manchester, was charged with risk of injury to a minor and disorderly conduct after police say he kicked his girlfriend's five-year old child. 

January 27

Samantha N. Haviland, no age given, of 35 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Brian T. Talaga, no age given, of 23 Pine Hill St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Timothy C. Burleson, no age given, of 322 Hudson St., Hartford, was charged with second-degree assault, unlawful restraint, second-degree reckless endangerment, using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission, weapons in a motor vehicle, disorderly conduct, threatening and breach of peace. 

Kenya L. Rudolph, no age given, of 245 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart.
