The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Jan. 24, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions

January 21

Erin A. Dickerman, no age given, of 169 Birch St., Willimantic, was charged with failure to appear. 

Ricky N. Carrion-Gonzalez, no age given, of 44 Cabot St., Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

January 22

Anne Marie Armstrong, no age given, of 90 Prospect St., Vernon, was charged with three counts of breach of peace, interfering with police, criminal mischief and criminal liability after police say she and a friend kicked in a door so they could fight with her boyfriend. 

Francisco Israel Zea, no age given, of 145 Ridgewood Rd., East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say he allegedly stole from Hollister at the mall. 

Anthony Jamal Canada, no age given, of 8 Woodside Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with failure to appear.

Sapan Michael Pereira, no age given, of 426 West Middle Turnpike, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief and third-degree assault. 

Daisy Janet Arzu, no age given, of 25 Wethersfield Ave. , Hartford, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say she left a child unsupervised in a vehicle.

Alexander Rodriguez, 36, of 29 Whitney Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor. 

Wilmary Santos, 27, of 29 Whitney Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor.

Ivan Santos, 52, of 29 Whitney Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor.

And Norma Marzan, 63, of 29 Whitney Rd., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drugs with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a minor.

January 23

Michelle L. Newell, no age given, of 165 South St. #6, Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

Jasmine Marie Vasquez, no age given, of 277 High St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after police say she allegedly shoplifted form Macy's. 

January 24

Alrahim S. Lockhart, 44, of 241 Laurel St., Hartford, was charged with four counts of possession of cocaine, four counts of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, possession within 1,500 feet of a school and possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school. 

Howard Nobert Guildner, 62, was charged with disorderly conduct.
