January 14

Robert David Mroczka, no age given, of 168 South Main St., Middletown, was charged with second-degree harassment.

Felicia M. Brown, no age given, address listed as “homeless,” was charged with failure to appear.

Miranda A. Tedford, no age given, of 11 Goslee St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Timothy J. Sawyer, no age given, address listed as “homeless,” was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Tajana Williams, no age given, of 40 Olcott St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct. 

January 15

Nivia D. Easterling, no age given, of 9 Shepard Dr., Bloomfield, was charged with failure to appear.

Richard Allen Joyner, 64, of 304 Newhall St., New Haven, was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny.

Ricardo Luis Rivera, no age given, of 65 Bushnell St., Hartford, was charged with violation of probation.

Yamilette Ortiz, no age given, of 29 Willis St. A6, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Mark Knee, no age given, of 61 Wildwood Dr., Manchester, was charged with interfering with police, driving under the influence, evasion of responsibility in an auto accident and failure to yield the right-of-way on a highway.

Kimberly G. Price, no age given, of 168 Bridge St. Apt. 2, Suffield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Raymond L. Berthiaume, no age given, of 161 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

January 16

Nancy Carasquillo, no age given, of 166 West Center St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with police.

Melissa Moreno, no age given, of 54 Queens Court, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault and interfering with police.

Willie Deas, no age given, of 30 Center St., Hartford, was charged with conspiracy, two counts of first-degree robbery and two counts of third-degree larceny.

Travon Fortson, no age given, of 191 East Barber St., Windsor, was charged with failure to appear.

Shawn Olivera, no age given, of 3 Chamberlain St., Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Big Y.

January 17

Richard Tuska, no age given, of 40 Woodhill Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kevin Francis Roberts, no age given, of 90 Prospect St., Rockville, was charged with failure to appear and larceny.

Natasha Batista, 27, of 8 Mountain Rd., Charlemont, MA, was charged with failure to appear. 

Leikiesh Arissa Nails, 32, of 89 Benton St., Manchester, was charged with failure to appear.

Michael Bernard Ritchens, no age given, of 252 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with three counts of violation of probation, interfering with police and first-degree trespass. 

Lynnette P. Richardson, no age given, of 218 Farmington Ave., Bristol, was charged with conspiracy, sixth-degree larceny and first-degree robbery.

Michael Barnes, no age given, of 12 Harding Ave., Bloomfield, was charged with breach of peace.
