The following arrests as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Jan. 14, 2013. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

January 12

Quanysha L. Banks, no age given, of 152 Barbour St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree identity theft. 

Kirk D. McDowel, no age given, of 28 Mountain St., Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. 

Chritopher Palmeri, no age given, of 89 Ridge St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment and criminal attempt.

Cynthia M. Scacca, no age given, of 655 Talcottville Rd., Vernon, was charged with hindering prosecution. 

January 13

Christopher John Marineau, no age given, of 64 Timrod Rd., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Scott R. Farrell, no age given, of 100 Campfield Rd., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 

Trisha Marie Fox, 72 Oak St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

January 14

George L. Manson, no age given, of 122 Preston St., Hartford, was charged with failure to appear and violation of probation. 

Ellen Keune, no age given, of 130 Velnos Ave., Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence, operating an unregistered vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. 

Karl A. Maura, no age given, of 11 Bank St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace. 

Elijah J. Lynn, no age given, of 34 Woodlawn Circle, East Hartford, was charged with failure to appear. 

Timothy Adam Hight, no age given, of 13 Whitney Rd., Columbia, was charged with violation of a protective order. 

Anthony Carlos Torres, no age given, of 11 Elvree St., Manchester, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. 

Nancy E. Ortiz, no age given, of 11 Elvree St., Manchester, was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.
