Michael Bernard Ritchens, no age given, of 252 Silver Lane, East Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. 

Charles Moore, no age given, of 53 Hamlin St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct for a domestic dispute with his girlfriend. 

Paul Steven Lagasse, no age given, of 2 Rogers Place, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.  

Lamonta T. Oliver, no age given, of 46 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy and first-degree robbery.

Michael Anthony Campbell, no age given, of 91 Elm St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with a 911 call. 

Manuel Colon, no age given, of 174 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with two counts of failure to appear. 

Devin Lloyd Higgins, no age given, of 135 East Harold St., Bloomfield, was charged with driving under the influence.

Peter Allen Jamieson, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with failure to appear. 

Angel L. Hernandez, no age given, of 120 Vernon Ave., Vernon, was charged with issuing a bad check, making false statements and two counts of sixth-degree larceny after police say he made fraudulent purchases with a stole credit card. 

Tracy K. Lanier, no age given, of 44 Pearl St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, failure to appear and violation of a protective order. 

Angel Pacheco, no age given, of 42 Wiley Place, Buffalo, NY, was charged with driving under the influence and risk of injury to a minor.
