Michael Vincent Ingalls, no age given, of 24 Indian Trail, South Windsor, was charged with breach of peace and criminal trespass after police say he refused to leave Boston’s while drunk.

Catherine Marie Davila, no age given, of 5 Woodland St., Rockville, was charged with failure to appear.

Vincent Dennis Sica, no age given, of 56 Birch St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint.

Paul James Solarez Jr., no age given, of 168 Summit St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and threatening after police said he caused a scene while intoxicated at the emergency room of Manchester Memorial Hospital and threatened to kill a staff member and their family.

Bobby Bernard Bellamy Jr., no age given, of 137F School St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint, criminal attempt at first-degree sexual assault, first-degree burglary and home invasion. Bellamy is currently being held on $350,000 bond at the Garner Correctional Institution in Newtown and next scheduled to appear in court on the charges July 8.

Odyssey Williams, no age given, address listed as Niantic, was charged with criminal impersonation, interfering with police, second-degree forgery and two counts of sixth-degree larceny.

Bryant O’Neil Forrest, no age given, of 22 Joshua Hill St., Windsor, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, threatening, second-degree assault, three counts of violating a protective order, third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor.

Cheryl Ann Royle, no age given, of 21 Sisson St. 3rd Floor, East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of narcotics.

Nicholas Kuklinksi, no age given, of 250 Ferguson Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and attempt to commit criminal mischief.

Dana Baker, no age given, of 91 Elm St. Apt. 214A, Manchester, was charged with first-degree trespass and breach of peace.

Peter Rodriguez, no age given, of 247 S. Main St., Torrington, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1,500 feet of a school, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Tyler Spear Hess, of 1548 Manchester Rd., Glastonbury, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving under the influence. 

Christopher Michael Connelly, no age given, of 1 Botticello Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Samantha Pines, no age given, of 347 Oakland St. #45, Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Matthew S. Varsell, no age given, of 347 Oakland St. #45, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order.

Reynaldo Ivan Seda, no age given, of 62 Laurel St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Anthony Burgos, no age given, of 67 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with criminal attempt and third-degree criminal mischief after police say he threatened to hit his sister’s car with a rock.

Helen M. Juliano, no age given, of 85 Old Town Rd. Apt. 21, Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence, operating under suspension and failure to obey a stop sign.

Anthony Benjamin Gonzalez, no age given, of 77 Rachel Rd., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening, criminal mischief and breach of peace after police say he attacked his father.

Roberta Hansen, no age given, of 65 Baldwin Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after she allegedly hit her husband’s car with a wrench.

David Hansen, no age given, of 65 Baldwin Rd., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly hit his wife’s car with a wrench.

Michael Peter Baudlin, no age given, of 20 Tracy Dr., Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening after police say he threatened to kill his wife.

Alberto Torres, no age given, of 49 Kibbe St., Hartford, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal trespass, possession of a dangerous weapon and breach of peace after police say he rammed his car into his wife’s stepfather’s truck and brandishing a knife during a domestic dispute.
