Carlos Patrick Vega, no age given, of 148 Overton St., Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal trespass.

Aaron M. Delaney, no age given, of 570 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, interfering with police and third-degree criminal mischief.

Scott M. Perkins, no age given, of 17 Locust St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and second-degree threatening after police say he threatened his girlfriend with a small kitchen knife.
Victoria E. Brown, no age given, of 3 Walnut St. Apt. 3A, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.
