Pansie G. Saddler, no are given, of 641 Albany Ave. B3, Hartford, was charged with making false statements to police, interfering with police and falsely reporting an incident. 

Pae M. Kyung, no age given, of 7726 NW Chelsea, Lawton, OK, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting form Walmart. 

Kyle J. Faulkner, no age given, address listed as "homeless," was charged with interfering with police, sixth-degree larceny, possession of burglary tools and possession of narcotics. 

Kasandra Leon-Garcia, no age given, of 49 Notch Rd., Bolton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of burglary tools and possession of narcotics.

Michael T. Brown, address listed as "homeless," was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police, assault of a public safety, EMT or transportation personnel, tampering with physical evidence, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to comply with a request for fingerprinting. 

Jenna Caetano, no age given, of 50 Timber Trail, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. 

July 1 

Kevin Isaiah Brown, no age given, of 18 Emerson St. Apt. B, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and four counts of fourth-degree sexual assault after police say he followed a woman and continued to inappropriately walk into her and touch her. 

Ronald Tasker, no age given, of 45 Plymouth Rd., Bolton, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Walmart. 

Stephen Owusu, no age given, of 106 Henderson Dr., East Hartford, was charged with issuing a bad check.
