Manchester Police Blotter: Husband Tries to Suffocate Wife, and More Arrests

The following arrest reports as reported by the Manchester Police Department are accurate as of Aug. 23, 2011. Items on this list reflect charges filed, not convictions.

Police arrested Corey Marcus Ware, a Manchester resident, on Sunday and charged him with first-degree assault, attempted assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, second-degree strangulation, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree threatening, unlawful restraint, and three counts of risk of injury to a minor after police say he attempted to suffocate his wife with a pillow. Ware was held on a $500,000 bond.

Michael Scottie Garrett, 18, of 360 Oakland St. #7H, was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny and third-degree larceny after police say he got into an argument with his ex-girlfriend and took her car.

James Gary Concatelli, no age given, of 82 Bissell St., Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Patrick Reid St. John, no age given, of 24 Regency Court, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence, criminal mischief and possession of weapons in a motor vehicle.

August 20

Michelle Jones, no age given, of 87 Prospect St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic altercation.

Brandon J. Hightower, 57 Williams St., East Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree robbery.

Michael A. Worthington, 33, of 284 E. Williams St., Glastonbury, was charged with failure to appear.

Myron Antoine Meyers, no age given, of 810 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, was charged with interfering with police.

Jose Miguel Gonzalez Jr., no age given, of 2 Rau St. Apt. 10, Vernon, was charged with first-degree trespass after he was barred from the Shoppes at Buckland Hills Mall in January but was found on the property.

Jessy Dylan Jurewicz, no age given, of 25 Duncaster Lane, Vernon, was charged with first-degree trespass after she was barred from the Shoppes at Buckland Hills Mall in January but was found on the property.

Brandon W. Jones, no age given, of 87 Prospect St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Frank Augustino Ciurcina, no age given, of 52 Oakland St. #5, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace after police say he assaulted security staff at the emergency room.

Joseph Lee Stravinskas, no age given, listed as “homeless,” was charged with third-degree robbery, sixth-degree robbery and conspiracy after he was indentified as the suspect of a robbery.

Miguel Angel Serrano Jr., no age given, of 54 King Court, East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny for allegedly shoplifting from Bob’s Stores.

August 21

Shaun R. Zaczkowski, no age given, of 1 Industrial Park Rd., Cromwell, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

David Philip Villone, 32, of 294 S. Main St. Lot 10, was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief after police say he threw a child’s bicycle through a car windshield during a dispute.

Alan Charles Damilo, no age given, of 149 Spruce St. 2nd Fl., was charged with violation of probation.

Bianca Caldera, no age given, of 56 Woodbridge St., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Daniel Michael Ward, no age given, of 44 Jonathan Rd., Wallingford, was charged with failure to appear.

Michelle Poirier, no age given, of 56 Elm St. #34, Enfield, was charged with two-counts of sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, and illegal use of a credit card.

Anthony Jordan Brown, no age given, of 360 Oakland St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Richard Bonilla, no age given, of 41 Green Rd., Manchester, was charged with reckless endangerment, risk of injury to a minor and violation of a protective order.

August 22

Jamie A. Velasquez Jr., no age given, of 21 Lorraine Court, East Hartford, was charged with breach of peace.

Selena Marie Ham, no age given, of 46 Faith Circle, Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence.

Shavana A. Lopez, no age given, of 237 Spruce St., Manchester, was charged with fourth-degree larceny.

Lizandra Larregui, no age given, of 318 Middletown Ave., Wethersfield, was charged with possession of marijuana, three counts of risk of injury to a minor, and breach of peace.

Bryan Lopez, no age given, of 70 South St., Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

Patricia L. Aiken, no age given, of 25 Carolyn Dr., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, speeding, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth W. Chappell, no age given, of 26 Griffin Rd., Manchester, was charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

James J. Patman, no age given, of 32 Garth Rd., Manchester, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, improper passing and having more passengers in a vehicle than seatbelts.

August 23

Stephnie M. Urbanski, no age given, of 325 Kelly Rd., Vernon, was charged with breach of peace, failure to comply with police finger printing or identification process, assault on public safety personnel and ridicule on account of race.

Clifford Martin Cogan, no age given, of 130 Park St. A1, Manchester, was charged with breach of peace.

Briana R. Clark, no age given, of 40 Olcott St. Apt. 330, Manchester, was charged with violation of a protective order and interfering with police.

Jason Durham, no age given, of 3 Raven Circle, Avon, was charged with violation of a protective order.

Katrina M. Cook, no age given, of 1 Maple St. Ellington, was charged with criminal impersonation, second-degree larceny and third-degree forgery after police say she used a stolen credit card to rent a room at the Manchester Inn.

Anthony Cruz, no age given, of 180 Chestnut St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny, and illegal use of a credit card after police say he was found in possession of a stolen car and used a stolen credit card to rent a room at the Manchester Inn.

Kevin Costa, no age given, of 109 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny.

Christopher M. Franco, no age given, of 929 Newfield Ave., Stamford, was charged with third-degree larceny after police say he was implicated in the theft of a motor vehicle.

Ricardo Bryon, no age given, of 109 Foster St., Manchester, was charged with third-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia after police say he was implicated in the theft of a motor vehicle.
