According to the Manchester Police Department, Labelle, 35, of 2421 Boston Tpke. Conventry, ran into a vehicle and then drove off early Friday morning on East Center Street near Foster Street. Police found Labelle passed out behind the wheel of her car in front of 707 Main St., the address of the downtown Manchester police substation.
