Douglas A. Bassham, no age given, of 78 Cottage St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct. 

February 9 

Xiomaria Denise Rios, no given, of 657 Burnside Ave., East Hartford , was charged with violation of a protective order and possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana. 

February 10 

Richard Joseph Scagnelli, no age given, 164 Cooper St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Kelly M. Ferris, no age given, of 162 Center St., Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for prostitution. 

Christopher M. Landrie, no age given, of 424 West Middle Turnpike Apt. #5, Manchester , was charged with fifth-degree larceny and criminal trespass.

I love it. There is never a follow up to any arrests. They can take the time to blast your name all over the news but never do any real journalistic work to find out the outcome of any of these cases...
