Natisha Reyes, no age given, of 95 Glenwood St., Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation with her husband.

Brandon Laquan Davis, no age given, of 110A Downey Dr., Manchester, was charged with misuse of motor vehicle plates, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without registration or insurance.
